How fast do you deliver in Switzerland?
Orders placed before the afternoon cut-off are delivered within 24 hours anywhere in Switzerland, insured and in protective packaging. You can also collect from our boutiques in Melano, Lugano and Zürich.
What is En Primeur and how does it work?
En Primeur means buying a wine while it is still ageing in barrel at the château, usually in the spring after the harvest. You secure allocation and the release price; the bottles are delivered or stored in our Wine Vault when they are shipped from Bordeaux about two years later.
Can ARVI store my wines?
Yes. The Wine Vault in Melano keeps your bottles at constant temperature and humidity, insured and inventoried in your account, ready to deliver or collect whenever you want them.
Are rare and old vintages authenticated?
Every rare bottle is inspected before sale: provenance, fill level, capsule and label condition are checked and photographed. Ex-château releases come directly from the estate cellars.
Can I get personal advice?
Our sommeliers in each boutique advise by phone, email or in person, from a single bottle for dinner to building a cellar. You can also use the Sommelier finder for an instant shortlist.
Do you sell to restaurants and companies?
Yes. ARVI serves Horeca and corporate clients with dedicated price lists, event support and personalised gift boxes.
